Today is the Memorial of the Queenship of Mary. She is the “Queen of all Hearts,” as St. Louis de Montfort called her. Jesus heeds her requests because He cannot but open His heart around her, who is completely open to Him. We are called to do the same, to open our hearts completely to Jesus and Mary; she will be with us, as our Queen, and as our Mother. When we listen to Our Lord and Our Lady and obey their requests, the Kingdom of God reigns in our hearts.
