Twelfth Sunday in Ordinary Time

Two_Southern_Grey-headed_Sparrows_(Passer_diffusus),_one_in_flight“Are not two sparrows sold for a small coin? Yet not one of them falls to the ground without your Father’s knowledge. Even all the hairs of your head are counted.
So do not be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.”

Be not afraid. Today’s readings teach us what not to fear, and what the only thing there is to fear – losing the Beloved, Jesus, by sin.
